Explore the Motif Instance
Motif instances with patterns matching the motif sketch can be found in the results table. Click on one of the results to render the motif instance in the viewer.
Synapses of 3D rendering and edges of sketch and graph summary are interlocked. If you click the edge of the sketch with the edit properties tool, the synapse between the two neurons connected to the edge is highlighted, and the corresponding edge is also highlighted in the graph summary. The same will work if you click on the edge of the graph summary. Conversely, if you click a synapse in the 3D rendering, the edges that match the neurons that this synapse connects to are highlighted in the sketch and summary.
Use the abstraction level slider to transition from the highly-detailed rendering of the anatomical structure to views that emphasize the underlying motif structure and synaptic connectivity.
