v1.3.0 - new way to mark unread comments

This release changes how unread comments are marked.

If you installed the extension from the Chrome store you should already be running the latest version. Otherwise you can manually download and install it by downloading the crx file bellow.

v1.2.0 maintenance version

No new functionality. Just code cleanup and fix to make it actually work.
