This WordPress plugin adds the ability to migrate existing media using Microsoft Azure Storage for WordPress. This WordPress plugin requires Microsoft Azure Storage for WordPress that allows you to use Microsoft Azure Storage Service to host your media and uploads for your WordPress powered website. Microsoft Azure Storage is an effective way to infinitely scale storage of your site and leverage Azure's global infrastructure.

Installation

Note: WIP This plugin has not been added to WordPress.org yet.

Installing "Microsoft Azure Storage Migration for WordPress" can be done either by searching for "Microsoft Azure Storage Migration for > > WordPress" via the "Plugins > Add New" screen in your WordPress dashboard, or by using the following steps:

1. Download the plugin via WordPress.org
2. Upload the ZIP file through the 'Plugins > Add New > Upload' screen in your WordPress dashboard
3. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress

or

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/windows-azure-storage-migrate directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress.
3. Use the Settings->Migrate Media to Azure screen to configure the plugin.
