This version brings together new and previously published multi-trait fine-mapping methods, so that all are together in one place. It includes:
- new wrapper functions to run multi-trait fine-mapping (any number of uncorrelated traits, e.g. latent factors) with single-trait fine-mapping and flexible versions that allow for single-trait fine-mapping input from an alternative method;
- all functions and wrapper functions from flashfm multi-trait fine-mapping
- wrapper for multi-trait fine-mapping that adjusts the maximum number of causal variants, as learned from the data; as available in MGflashfm (see MGflashfm for multi-group multi-trait functions).
