Installing

just

npm install

and clone the smart solution repo to run the smart solution out of machine learning.

Most of the test is done in java.

run the test at java and selemium and mocha

Project requirement

Modern support ticket system that submits support requests which creates a ticket in the system for our administrators to respond to.

The system should:

• Allow users to submit important information such as images, details, contact etc
• Easy to use and intuitive for both an administrators as well as a user
• Easily respond to tickets, retrieve tickets and basically manage tickets
• Features such as notification, SMS alerts as well as email integration
• Bonus features include having real-time chat functionality.
• build this application on top of ACNAPI using these APIs that we'd make available to them
