Lots of changes to migrate component library from @mui/joy to @nextui/react, and
sxproperties toclassName. I moved icons into their own file as SVG rather than loading them async using iconify due to UI disruption, even if only in development. Also switched to react-hot-toast as an alternative to MUI snackbar.I though it would take 1 day and it took a week :)
