bugfix release for v2020.04.14

fixed several bugs from v2020.04.14:

• some filters (e.g. whitepoint) were not properly processed and applied
• large rework of code base (way better software design now!)

• diverse major bugfixes (in some cases the wrong cuts were stored, fixed some crashes)
• added german translation
• add option to directly run an INI-file as a parallel process, without loading the video into the editor
• added white-balancing option

after 2 years I made a new release with a new feature:

• added possibility ro rotate (roll/pitch) the plane through the video xyt-volume, which allows to make non-symmetric slitscans
• added several test datasets
• some minor improvements
• added NSIS-Installer (& CMake build-process)
