Makes use of the Node.js Hitachi HD44780 LCD driver
Displays artist / track and track duration / elapsed
Displays WebRadio details
GPIO pin configuration

Possible future improvements

Move to using LCDproc so other interfaces / architechtures are supported
Add support for other language translations
Add support for backlight switching on/off
Add public methods to allow other plugins to interact with the display
Configurable display options
