Bug solved: Not all dimensions and metrics are returned

Not all dimensions was returned.
This was caused by a bug in the Google API for retrieving the total amount of dimensions and metrics.

Improved and simplified load of dimensions and metrics

Dimensions and custom dimensions are in one flow now
Metrics and custom metrics also in one flow now.
