Update deprected constants

Replace constants which are being deprecated in release 2025.1.

Adjustment of Wh sanitation filter

Should avoid triggering the filter when load is high (EV charging) and update interval slow (5 minutes or more).

Fix power spike avoidance

Updated the power spike avoidance to also handle when power is returned to the grid.

Stability update

This release should fix two issues:

1. Energy consumption being unavailable after a restart.
   Sensor initialization is postponed until data from the MEP module is available.

2. Should avoid power spikes near 65000 W.
   When summarized power for each phase does not equal total power the values are ignored (to avoid ruining graph scaling).

Adaption to updated HA constants

Just adapting to some newer constants in HA.
