The purpose of this project is to provide a platform for users and rental product(s) owners in an efficient manner. This Online Shopping Website / Online Renting System is a one stop portal for all kinds of machinery. It provides services for all categories of machinery and tools, Manually Operated Animal Operated Machine Operated It provides the facility to make online orders and get everything done before reaching the destination.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This web application would be implementable irrespective of location. Instead of providing products from only one rental shop, the application acts as an interface between different users (borrowers and lenders). Customers need to register with our site as they search and place their orders. We are responsible for communication between the customer and vendor and maintain the database. Our services include a completely sanitized transaction where the customers can also track when, where, and how the product has been sanitized. Our delivery system will be autonomous hence no human contact at the time of delivery.

Getting Started

To get a local copy up and running , follow these simple example steps.

Prerequisites

• Visual Studio Code

  Downlaod & Install the Latest Version from the above link

• XAMPP

  Downlaod & Install the Latest Version of XAMPP from the above link

Installation

1. Clone the repo

   git clone https://github.com/joelpjoji/Rental-Prime
   or
   just download as Zip

2. Start Apache & MySQL in XAMPP

3. Go To localhost in your Browser

   http://localhost/phpmyadmin/
   

4. Create a New Databse With the Name

   rentalprime 
   

5. Open and Import the Database file

   rentalprime.sql
   

6. Take a new Tab and Copy the URL

   http://localhost/Rental-Prime-development/home.php
