Release 1.4 : complete rewrite with boot-device support

Thanks to @mpflanzer RubberJogi now has proper boot-device-support.
This was done with a complete rewrite and a lot of additional deep dive into USB HID.

In addition this release now also supports the new INJECT_MOD from the RubberDucky Language to inject modifier keys standalone.

Release 1.3 : with switch 5

This Release adds an additional 5th Switch to pin10.
Syntax for switching is - as expected - switch5_on and switch5_off.
In our HW (irrelevant for the SW, the INO-file) we have not only connected an additonal switch, but we even connected a real relay, so now we can switch real power, e.g. the 12V or the 24V which the controlled PC needs
