get_ORFFinder_results

The script gets the first line of result from a given sequence and saves it in an output file containing the sequence tag (or title) + direction and frame

How to use it:

• Make sure Python and the selenium library are installed;
• download the chromedriver.exe specific of your machine and save it at C:/Program Files (x86)/;
• open a terminal and type: python get_ORFFinder_results name_of_the_fasta_file name_of_the_output
