create option metadataoffline

  • generates SORUCEID and TOPICID metadata in local installation (71 sthlp files generated and 15mb of documentation created)
  • now supports queries to World Bank population estimates and projections (HPP).
  • match(var) option created. It enables the merge of country attributes using WDI information, including country names, code, iso-codes, WDI income classification, IBRD lending classification.
