I'm a fourth-year student at San José State University, majoring in Engineering Technology - Computer Network Systems Management with a minor in Business Administration and Math. My academic journey and hands-on experience have fueled my passion for Machine Learning, Information Technology, Network Design, Computer Architecture, and Environmental Sustainability.

With a strong foundation in both network and software disciplines, I’m always exploring ways to leverage my skills to create a positive impact. 💻 Experience

Network Support Engineer Intern • Cisco Meraki (May 2024 - Aug 2024)

  • Diagnosed and resolved complex issues across the Meraki product line, including wireless access points, security appliances, switches, and IoT devices.
  • Provided professional troubleshooting solutions in IP networking, L2/L3 network protocols, and secure transport methods.
  • Worked closely with a team of software engineers to implement "the vWAN," ensuring seamless failover between Meraki appliance uplinks.

Software Engineer Intern (Backend) • IBM (Jun 2022 - Aug 2022)

  • Collaborated on a scalable web application aimed at poverty prevention, leveraging IBM's Cloud Computing, Kubernetes, and Docker.
