VOI解析コードを改変しました。
ボクセル数、最小値、最大値、平均、中央値、標準偏差、不偏標準偏差が出力されるようになりました。

The VOI analysis code has been modified.
The number of voxels, minimum, maximum, mean, median, standard deviation, and sample standard deviation are now output.

Minor corrections added.

差分および割合画像を作製する関数の入出力コードを他の関数と統一させました。

The input/output code of functions that create difference and percentage images has been unified with other functions.

動物PET/CT画像の処理を行うためのPythonコードをリリースしました。
まだ、全ての機能は実装されていません。今後、随時更新していきます。

Python code for processing animal PET/CT images has been released.
Not all features have been implemented yet. I will update this page as needed.
