How to run(locally):
1. Download all the files
2. Install Node.js and NPM
3. Install socket.io, "npm install socket.io"
4. In command line, navigate to directory where static_server.js is, run "node chat_server.js"
5. In browser, visit: http://localhost:3456/chatroom.html
