Release 1.0.0

This release marks version one of the counter, which is out of pre-release, beta and alpha versions.

This release also concludes the rewrite of the counter, which started at April 3, 2020 and ends at April 9, 2020.

Packaged with Python 3.8.0 in pyenv with pyinstaller.
