This repository contains the code and data for the paper “Social Network Change in Bumblebee Colonies Following Queen Loss”. The study investigates how the removal of the queen from a bumblebee colony affects the social interactions and network dynamics among the workers.

- Provides key functions for quality control and data processing of tracking data. Additional, contains information about the recording setup and video post-processing.
