This big merge includes a bunch of fixes to bring the cookbooks' coverage up to date with the latest published on the IIIF Cookbooks site.
Like previous commits, this is a breaking commit with the last officially released version. The HEAD of the
mainbranch should just be considered the next-major version branch at this point (i.e., 1.x.x). There are still more changes to go in before that though.
