CCAMS 2.3.1

This release implements a number of minor improvements. Please check the revised readme for all details.
Previous versions of the plugin will be disabled a few days after AIRAC 2306.

New:

• Additional command to reload local and remote settings (.ccams reload)
• Notification about availability of a new plugin version (implements #40)

Changes:

• Improved handling of requests from sweatbox sesssions
• Improved automatic squawk assignment (management of plugin-internal list of already checked aircraft)
• Verification of squawk codes upon transfer (and automatic new re-assignment, if required)
• Latest available and minimum required version can now be controlled separately, allowing smother transition phases when a new plugin version is introduced
