Get Tickets By Agent

Description : To fetch all tickets assigned to specific agent in FAVEO.
- URL : api/v1/helpdesk/my-tickets-agent
Parameters :

Response : Returns all the tickets assigned to specific agent in FAVEO.In case of any errors, an error message will be returned.
