1.4.1 Release for Lift 3

Thanks to @erysavy we have a fix for #20 from via PR #25

Lift 3.0.x for Scala 2.12 and 2.11

This release brings the widges module to Lift 3.0 (for Scala 2.12 and 2.11). Thanks to @Debilski for this work.
