put fffss.exe file in same folder as ffmpeg and ffprobe Download from official site here
pass 3 arguments to fffss.exe
- directory of video files to split
- max file size for each segment
- output directory
example:
fffss.exe "C:\Users\Lin\Videos\Input" 1950000000 "D:\processed"
