This implementation of the EMS utilizes the Singleton and MVC design patterns for modularity.
There may still be some lingering bugs and oversights; please reach out to me if there are!
This design fulfills the minimum viable product requirements, in addition to the Department class bonus.
I've taken time out of my day to write javadocs within the source code. Please review it to your heart's content.
