added ZIRNOX fuels and wastes for RG Plutonium, Pu-241, RG and Fuel Americium / Curium, both Californium isotopes, Berkelium-247, Einsteinium-253, Low-Enriched Australium, Natural Australium (now called Ulurite), High-Enriched Australium, and a Gravel rod that breeds into various isotopes of Australium after a long while.

J-Ma prefix indicates James fork compliant changes PLUS my additions, while just plain Ma prefix indicates it has changes which I haven't ran past by James or anyone else, which are likely being tested. My server will probably be using the Ma version, not the J-Ma version.
