Improvements and bugfixes:

• Show manual result for programming exercises immediately after creating it
• Show preliminary results more consistently
• Further improve the reliability of start exercise for programming exercises and prevent errors in a couple of edge cases
• Fix instruction rendering during generate programming exercise
• Fix missing and wrong translations
• Further improve result display in certain edge cases
• Fix issues with guided tutorials
• Allow editing whether a programming exercises should be graded manually
• Limit too long feedback entries to 5000 characters from programming exercises to prevent database errors
