2.5 Release

Lots of new features and upgrades, including but not limited to:

1. Updated Vagrant to include Zipkin UI+Persistence support (you can try Zipkin out of the box!)
2. Upgrade to Play 2.3.10
3. Zipkin trace name parameter de-duping
4. Selective part export
5. Allowing you to disabling sending of optional parameters from the Try It screen
6. Replaced Scaldi with Macwire Compile-time dependency injection

Bug fixes:

1. Sending of body parameters as non-UTF8 (this mangled text in body)
