Single Reviews Customizer

The layout for a single review can be adapted in the customizer, usually found here: https://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin/customize.php

Obviously, swap yourdomain.com for the domain you are using.

Using the customizer

• Head to lay-out, then reviews in your WordPress Customizer. If this not showing, make sure that in your Waterfall Theme Options tab (usually at https://your-domain/wp-admin/admin.php?page=waterfall_options) under General Settings, Reviews is added to the Customizer Post Types.
• Review the settings there. It will inherit the default settings from the Waterfall Theme and add extra settings at the bottom.

Extra Options

The following extra settings can be changed in the Customizer for Single Reviews:

• Show extra media, ratings and prices near your title.
• Add a review summary, advantages, disadvantages, review ratings, prices, properties, criteria at the beginning or end of the content
• Modify related reviews
• Add an extra section with similar reviews
• Display user ratings (if enabled in the Theme Settings)

Custom Fields

When editing a single review on the backend, custom fields are added. The following fields are added:

• General settings such as the price, affiliate and vendor links, a review summary and reviewed pros and cons.
• Additional review media, such as a company logo and a review video.
• Advanced relations, such as linking this review to similar reviews.
• General rating, and rating per criteria including all custom fields for each criteria.
• Custom properties as added through the Theme Settings.
