This repository aims to provide the most updated list of penalties for Shooting Olympic Events based on the latest International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) Rules, for usage in SIUSRank.
This repository also aims to provide a library of the flags of shooting clubs and schools which are active in the Singapore shooting scene, for usage in local competitions such as the National University of Singapore Invitational Shoot (NUSIS).

When a new SRK database is created, SIUSRank will perform a one-time copy of the penalties in Penalties.xml into your SRK database.
Subsequent changes to Penalties.xml will not change the penalties in your SRK database. Also, changing the penalties in your SRK database will not change Penalties.xml.
- Ensure that SIUSRank is closed and not running in the background.
- Go to the program directory of SIUSRank on your computer. A possible directory is C:\SIUS\SIUSRank.
- Go to the Resources folder.
- Rename the existing Penalties.xml on your computer to Penalties.xml.bak.
- Download the Penalties.xml here (right click followed by Save Link As...) and save into the Resources folder.
SIUSRank does not distinguish between schools, clubs, etc. Instead, SIUSRank only distinguish by Nation.
SIUSRank will match the Nation name with that of a PNG file having the same name. For example, if the Nation is NUS, SIUSRank will display \Imports\ExternalData\Flags\NUS.png.
The images with the file name *_Indiv.png are intended to be used as an athlete's portrait, when an official ISSF ID photo is not available or should not be used.
- Paste the Imports folder from the ZIP file into your SRK database folder.
- The SRK database folder should look like this:
