Rename .env.local.example to .env.local
Add your API key to .env.local from firebase console
go to all products section on left side bar
click on authentication then simple on email and password
click on build then firestore database on left side bar
create database then in pop up set start in test mode and server location to nearest location to you.
now visit localhost:3000/admin/addProblems and click submit to automatically populate the db.
