Updated the English translations for information currently translated offcially in PSO2 NA

Reworked the lang.js file to have both the fan translation and global translations to be useable
in the lang.js file I updated appTitle translations to indicate which translations are being used when changing languages
updated a few translations in the lang.js to correct their text
fixed some more translations
this was a copy of the original lang.js file that doesn't have translations for global that i forgot to remove before uploading to repository
reuploading files to resolve merge conflicts
Went back and translated and edit more text to closely match up with the global translations in-game. Also, I went thru and added an asterisk at the start of each text translations that indicate if it doesn't have a global translation or is currently unknown.

@ANlBAL please clarify what you meant with your comment above. I did not quite get parts of it. I've glanced over this PR and noticed straight away that there are at least 2 features within it: (1) new translation, and (2) some way to include unreleased content without misleading users. That is fine by me as long as it is properly integrated into the existing project structure without clear bugs. I am, however, not sure if this was what you were referring to in your comment above. |

Attention for the upcoming release. There will be substantial changes to the Affixing Database and Language files as result of an automation effort. In light of future merge conflicts with the main feature of this merge request (additional translation), I am considering integrating the additional data in the process. However, that requires time and effort which is hard to come by here. Therefore, I leave this informational notice and will bring up any news that may arise in the future regarding the state of this. |

Update: There has been major progress including the translation data into the new build system. The Assistant has been integrated with the global version of PSO2. Note that if anything extra was done in this PR, that was not ported over. |

A massive shout out to everyone involved in PR47 (#47) for the amazing work expanding the Affixing Assistant translation file (lang.js)! A few translation items were modified due to inconsistencies I noticed with the global version item naming or simply to make the text more concise. - Also fixes bug where a main fodder in the tweak screen containing only junk abilities would be removed to reduce fodder count.

Update: v1.3.0 has been released including an overhaul of the project's build system to automate the process of updating the affixing database, as well as PSO2 Global translations imported from this PR. Thank you greatly to everyone involved in this PR for the amazing work including the new translation items! Please be careful when updating this fork as there will likely be many conflicts. Specially so in case more than just translations were included. Once again, thank you! |

Was just wondering if there was a way to translate some of the newer SGAs like S2: Precision Will 2 and ungrey things like Reverie Catalysts and Mana Reverie. The other reveries are there properly but not those for some reason. Just seems like there are things that are already ungreyed out like the Rivalate S5s but not things we currently have.
