Were included a native version for windows with GUI using .Net framework 4.8

Features:

• Management of up to 3 access accounts.
• Saves the manufacturing state regardless of whether the program is running or not.
• Allows you to close the session whether the program is closed intentionally or not.
• Much lighter than a browser
• Minimal interface, without being a hindrance
• Elapsed time timer
• Account status check

note: the python version has not change at the moment.
