What is METAVA_ESS?

metava is Scientific journal of Islamic Azad University and ESS means email subscription service

it helps by :

• letting users to subscribe the journal
• admin can see the users and the their quantity
• admin can see the users subscription chart
• admin can send email(with html template) to all subsbribers using SMTP in the fast way(its parler)
