Bump node-forge and @parcel/utils in /web/threejs-gltf/source

Removes [node-forge](https://github.com/digitalbazaar/forge). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@parcel/utils](https://github.com/parcel-bundler/parcel). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `node-forge`

Updates `@parcel/utils` from 2.0.1 to 2.10.0
