OpenSesame Plugins for communication with the RUG/BSS Event Exchanger and Event Exchanger derivatives hardware.
The currently supported OpenSesame version is v3.3

The plugins are dependent on the Python module pyevt and the underlying HIDAPI package.

pyevt and hidapi are installed from the Python Console in OpenSesame with a single command:
!pip install --user pyevt
The plugins (and the cloned git) could be placed in the user space e.g.: C:\Users\username\Documents\OS_Plugins\evtplugins\EvtPlugins\OpenSesame_Plugins
For OpenSesame to find this location, the user must create an environment.yaml
file in the OpenSesame program directory. See for the instructions here:

List of the variables that appear in the OpenSesame variable inspector when using the TactileStimulator plugin:
