##How it works

Speak Up uses IBM Watson's Speech to Text and Personality Insights services to create a personalized analysis of your public speaking performance, all hosted on the IBM Bluemix cloud.

##Instructions Step 1) Record a speech for at least 45 seconds

Step 2) Speak Up will analyze your speech and personality traits

Step 3) Receive improvement reccomendations from Speak Up and try again!
