This commit adds the concept of a Feed Item, something that you can share to the _feed_ of a Community that you are in. Think a text/photo/video/calendar post on your FB/Twitter/etc "feed"

Description
This adds the concept of "Feeds" into the Community. This way, people can share information to the whole group in a chronological feed.
