Remove compat data for -ms prefixed selectors #6407

As discussed in mdn/sprints#3491 I am archiving MDN pages that document old -ms prefixed CSS selectors, that are no longer supported in Edge. As noted in mdn/sprints#3491 (comment), this PR removes the associated BCD.

Technically, this doesn't meet the irrelevance criteria—it was supported too recently. But maybe the criteria should be less strict for features which were only ever supported in one engine?

I double-checked if all these pages have been archived and if the compat table call has been replaced with a sentence that describes the historical support (in order to not lose the information entirely). This is the case for all features here. Well done!

Approving and we can merge after my update to the data guideline is accepted.
