Competition Spreadsheet

The competition spreadsheet is really the 'core' of simpleLifter. Before the spreadsheet, I didn't use the term simpleLifter; it is named to position it next to its peers openlifter and nextlifter and highlight the simplicity (in my eyes anyway)...

Lots of things to add here:

• Importing data into simpleLifter
• Running a competition from start to finish on simpleLifter
• Changing competition status manually
• Amending a lift result
• Generating competition results
• Changing the simpleLifter setup
