Kindle has changed the format of downloaded ebooks from azw3 to azw in recent months, so the original UnpackKindleS doesn't work anymore. I've written a bat file (HandleAZW3.bat) to convert azw to azw3 using the power of Calibre.
Beforehand, remember to add Calibre to the environment variable. Then, run it as usual.
