• Novice R:

  • Charlotte has data manipulation PR, Luke and Greg will review
  • Luke – Reproducibility section is ready to go

• Novice Python:

  • Madeleine and Sara working on Data Manipulation

• Intermediate:

  • Integration - under development
  • Damien will assign himself another intermediate lesson
  • Action: Damien will create an issue for a lesson on DOIs for software
  • Action: Jonathan to unassign Testing section
  • Action: Jonathan to include Read the docs in packaging

• Other items:

  • Luke working on cleaning up data sets and updating CONTRIBUTING as per last meeting

• Where should licensing be covered?

  • Licensing should go in novice material, possibly along with the “can I use this data?” example
  • There’s already material in the “inclusive.Rmd” section – this can be pulled from and remixed
  • Licensing is also mentioned under collaboration in novice goals
  • Action: Madeleine will create issue

• Proposal: use a GitHub project board

• Action: Damien to make a proposal around where to put exercises – the large ones will go stand-alone at the end.
