Including tz data in binary and ignoring comments in JSON config.
Also, for folks upgrading from v0.1.1 or earlier:
Using XDG Base Directory Specification for config file location. Warning! This will create a new config in the new config location. Simply copy your previous config to the new location. For a list of locations see XDG_CONFIG_HOME here: https://github.com/adrg/xdg
