Install

shell> git clone git@github.com:metaperl/emacs.git
shell> cd emacs
shell> cp dot-emacs.el ~/.emacs.el
shell> cd /mingw64/bin/emacs
shell> ./emacs

Was based on Technomancy's Emacs-Starter-Kit but he no longer provides it.
