RTD have replaced their easily customizable theme integration with fancy new "addons", which broke the existing integration.
This PR is removing the broken integration and updates the docs with instructions for replacing some of it.
The flyout can currently not be properly integrated, see readthedocs/readthedocs.org#11688.
