修改weibo.py,python3环境下可以运行

您好，我运行了一下有一个bug想请教一下。
如果我使用 status=client.statuses__public_timeline()['statuses'] 来调用函数，则在_read_body()函数下 fcontent = gzipper.read()，会提示“ TypeError: can't concat str to bytes” ，但如果我将body转换成byte的话，则又会提示“TypeError: initial_value must be str or None, not bytes“。
