This allows two basic test applications that use either of the APIs for barcode scanning to work, however they send in a bitmap directly to the detect() method. I haven't tested CameraSource and related classes, they probably don't work.
I also have a merge for the android_packages_apps_GmsCore, but i think my changes to GmsApi and GmsLib need to be merged first.
