Description
This updates the various steps in our sample readme's with the CLI commands going forward with RN 0.75.
Why
Starting with RN 0.75, the preference is to call
npx @react-native-community/cliinstead ofnpx react-nativeand also we're deprecating thenpx react-native-windows-initcommand in favor ofnpx @react-native-community/cli init-windows.Resolves microsoft/react-native-windows#13464
