now that we can pass domToModelOption into
formatContentModel, we can remove the "reduced" model mode fromgetContentModelCopysince we can pass in processor override when we call formatContentModel. So move the reducedChildProcessor from core package into api package since it is only used there.For EditorAdapter, we fallback to get a full ContentModel when we retrieve format. This is for compatibility only, the function there is not really used.
