FastStronghold Version 1.0.3

FastStronghold is now a self contained executable, meaning that all dependencies are included with it. This should make setup much easier and it should solve startup issues people may have had if they were missing dependencies. This comes at the cost of a file size increase, but CPU and RAM usage is still as small as always.
